With the 2022 Golf Season exciting changes are happening throughout the main floor of the Butte des Morts Clubhouse. The board of directors proudly approved a full renovation and expansion of the Butte des Morts Grille, now offering a larger bar and more casual dining space.
As Members often tell us, it’s not just the golf that hooks them here at Butte des Morts Country Club. It’s also our reputation for excellent service, pleasant atmosphere and delectable cuisine that dates all the way back to 1924.
Whether it’s to enjoy a quick appetizer after golf, a full-course meal with family, a or other social or business event, Butte des Morts serves up unforgettable food and the ideal Fox Cities setting.
Our 36,000 square-foot Clubhouse features private meeting rooms of all sizes and amenities with a hosting staff that offers attentive, gracious service to ensure every detail is just right for your group of three to 300. And with the delectable creations of Chef Ray and his culinary staff, you’ll be wowed by our amazing menu selections and even more impressed by the incredible flavors and local freshness infused into every item.

The Grille
You’ll feel right at home as you enjoy your favorite cocktail and catch up with friends in the Grille. A beautifully remodeled bar is the centerpiece of the room, flanked by TVs and tables for any type of personal or business entertaining. Watch your favorite sports event or enjoy a delicious sandwich before teeing off – golf attire and casual wear set the tone for this informal meeting spot.
The Butte des Morts Room
Busy with the comings and goings of each day, this casual dining room is the perfect place to unwind and catch a great view of the course. The casual menu and atmosphere make for a laid back meal and the outdoor patio offers an added dining option. As for food, there’s something to satisfy every craving – from light dishes + traditional favorites to our weekly specials.
Private Dining Rooms
The Hayes Family Library
Sink into a big, cozy chair or warm up by the hearth in this enchanting room. Perfect for informal gatherings or small parties, the Library features a fireplace and private bar. Members say it’s one of the most relaxing places to enjoy a cup of coffee or game of cards.
The Fairway Room
A spacious, cheery space featuring conference and meeting room facilities, the Fairway is the ideal location for high-class business functions. It includes parabolic lighting, all the necessary outlets and hookups and audio-visual equipment for your presentations. And with our private golf course as the backdrop, your guests are sure to enjoy the gorgeous view.
The Ballroom
Be prepared for a fairy tale setting as you enter the Club’s grand Ballroom from the magnificent staircase opening to the upper floor. Complete with a bar area, adjoining terrace and spectacular views of the course, this room hosts up to 300 people. A magical occasion awaits as you enjoy your wedding reception, party, corporate meeting or dinner-dance in these special surroundings.
