Men's Events

Men's Shotguns
Held regularly, these golf events are a nice way for new Members to meet fellow BDM players. The Club encourages all golfing Members to play in shotguns - blind draw mixers with A, B, C and D players teaming together.

Texas Shootout
This event is a fan-favorite at BDM and features the 15 male golfers with the lowest handicap. All golfers tee off on No. 10 and the low gross score determines who survives. Three players are eliminated on No. 10, two on No. 12 and one on Nos. 13 through 18.

Member-Guest
This three-day event is the premier BDM golf outing giving members the chance to showcase their Club and entertain a special guest. Held in late July or early August, registration includes a gift for Members and Guests. An awards dinner and dance follows.

Club Championship
Take part in this men's medal play club championship – a flighted golf event consisting of 36 holes. The men's senior event is held in conjunction with the tournament and is open to Golfing Members age 50 or above. Merchandise credits/awards are presented the night of the Filly Derby auction. The Club also has a men's match play club championship flighted by handicap. Trophies and certificates are awarded the evening of the Filly Derby auction.

Women's Events

Women's Golf League
At BDM, women Members have their own golf committee, events and day of play - Wednesdays from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. A New Member's Luncheon is held at the beginning of the season to welcome new members, announce golf events and introduce the golf committee and staff.

Ladies' 9- and 18-Hole Guest Days
Grab your girlfriend, sister or co-worker and treat her to a morning of golf with our 9-hole and 18-hole Guest Days. Both events are theme-based and are sure to bring about plenty of laughs and memorable moments. (Sign-up sheets are posted in the ladies' locker room.)

Ladies' Fun Day
As the name suggests, this event is all about spending some good-quality, girls-only time on the greens. It marks the closing of the ladies' season and is a day filled with special golf games and events, camaraderie and fun.

Couples' Events

Twilite League
A fun meet-and-greet on Tuesday evenings, this golf league was designed to introduce new and existing Members. It starts at 5:15 p.m. with a shotgun; dinner and awards follow play. To sign up, please call the pro shop at 920-738-5544 before 2 p.m. on the day of play.

BDM - Mr. and Mrs.
See who's the couple to beat with this 18-hole, true alternate shot event showcasing the talents of husband-wife teams.

Fourball Eightsome
With two couples' shotgun events per year, the first is a fundraiser for the Evan's Scholarship Foundation held in July. Members form their own teams and couples may mix partners.

Junior Golf Lessons & Events

Introduce your youngsters to the great game of golf with BDM's Junior Golf Lessons held early June through August. These lessons are open to children and grandchildren of Golfing Members and Social Members. A Pee Wee program for 5, 6, & 7 year olds which is a fun introduction to the game and lasts about 1/2 hour. The Junior program is for children 8-17 years of age. There is one week of clinics and following clinic week, Thursday is the Club's Junior Golf day – lunch follows play. At the end of the session each year is the Junior Golf Championship, a one-day event where Junior golfers can show off their new skills.
